Sydney Workshop
Create your own Figure Pieces in a small group setting.
Please visit my home in Belrose (2085) to immerse yourselves into creative fun.
We will travel to your birthday party or social gatherings to run a workshop exclusive to your guests.

You can choose from the following session contents, or we can also accommodate requests.
We will be supporting you according to your level and needs. All is welcome!
Beginner level is suitable for everyone from first-time clay artists to experieced and advanced.
Intermediate and advanced levels are recommended for those who enjoy detailed work.
Advanced level is recommended for those who have already experienced intermediate level at least once and find it enjoyable.
If you cannot complete your creation in a single session, or if you want to pursuit more details, you are always welcome to continue working over several sessions.
Courses to choose from

Clay Art: Make magnets, keychains, accessories, gifts etc.
For those looking after an item for a keepsake, this course is yours.Children under 8 is not recommended for this course. We use polymer clay, baking is required to harden artworks. Participants are encouraged to be involved with connecting parts using pliers, after forming figure pieces. In general participants are required to work in details. As polymer clay sometimes get sticky, disposable gloves are available, also to protect their hands.
Sugar Art: Make cake toppers
Younger children is also recommended to join Sugar art course as sugar paste is, compared to clay, easier to handle, build, or assemble, and safer with their hands . We create 3-4 items together following instructions then if the time permits, participants are also encouraged to make their own pieces as they wish. Sample tasting is included with the session.

Workshop for Grownups and Adults (2.5 hrs)
It is a space where people can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy creative activities as they wish. Kneading clay has a mindfulness effect, and concentrating on the task at hand leaves you feeling light-headed and clear-headed. Morning/afternoon tea will be served to help you relax and enjoy the creative space. Secondary school students and above are welcome to join here if they are available. Children under 8 can also join a session within in a private group with little extra cost.

Your session will be private if booked with 3 participants including you, or you will be kindly asked to share a session with other participants.

School Kids Program (2 hrs)
*High school students are invited to participate on their own.
*Children 8-12 are also encouraged to attend in Parents and Kids plan or with at least one of their parent or carer. We do not currently offer drop-off for children of primary school age, but please consult us if needed.
*Children under 8 is also welcome if they are interested to join in Parents and Kids plan.

Parents and Kids Plan (2hrs)
Parents also join a session for their own activity. Skill levels range from beginner to advanced, and there is plenty to explore for adults too, so choose the session that best suits your needs and level.

$25/person For an additional child from the same family
*Food and drink are not included in the parent-child sessions or kids programme.
*Parents only accompanying and assisting children are free of charge.
Booking Information
★A minimum of 3 adults or 2 pairs of parent-child, 4 school kids are required to book a group privately.
★A group of less than above will be asked to be seated with other participants (public session).
★Please contact us for availability, and if there is no convenient date and time, please contact us.
★Maximum of 8 people can attend at the same time.
Age:
The courses are mostly designed for 8 years to adults. However children under 8 years old are also welcome to join if they are interested in the activity and being accompanied by their parents or carers.

A bag to take home the artwork, Hand towel (You may wish to bring your own as you will be asked to clean your hands many times.)
Cooling bag (summer only, sugar art only)

Craft Birthday Party
Birthday Party Session
★We travel to Sydney North and surrounding areas.
★Can support groups of 6-13 people.
★Designed for customers aged 8 years and over, or if under 8, parents assistance is required.
★Duration is based on 1 or 2 hours but can be specified in 30 minute increments.
★Please provide a table for the participants to sit and work at.
★We do table decorations.
★We can provide services in either Japanese or English.
★If you live more than 30 km from us (2085), a travel fee may be charged. Please consult.
Session Contents
You can choose a session content from our existing workshop menue or we will devise an original design (+$50) after a hearing.
(1) Sugar Art
The workshop will end with the delivery of the artwork immediately after the workshop.
(2) Clay Art
As it requires firing, we will work on it after the workshop (about 20-30 minutes) and hand over the artwork at the end. Toaster ovens and chemicals will be used, so children will need to move to other places during the workshop.
Party Cost
▶︎Up to 10 people
$310 Workshop up to 1 hour + 30 minutes of preparation and clean-up,
$360 Workshop up to 2 hours + 30 minutes of preparation and clean-up,
IMPORTANT : Please note Clay art has an additional Baking and assembling parts fee of $5-10/person (please allow approx. 30-40 mins of work).
▶︎For over 10
$20/person for 1 hr or $30/person for 2 hrs will be added after 10 guest.
▶︎For less than 7 persons
$40 /person for 1 hour, or $45/person for 2 hours.
▶︎For 6 persons
$240 for 1 hour and $270 for 2 hours, as a minimum guaranteed rate of 6 people.
*The final number of participants will be confirmed on the day of the event due to possible cancellations on the day of the event, which we are not gonna charge.
*$50 non refundable deposit if required to secure your date.
*Cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 2 weeks from the event date.
Inclusions:
Materials, pre-sorting of materials, boxes to take home, table decorations, invitations and posters (data), set-up, clean-up, cleaning, tasting samples in the case of sugar art.
*Pre-sorting: materials are measured & sorted for the number of people and brought to you in boxes so you can start work straight away without waiting.
