Orer Process

ORDER PROCESS

You may like to provide images through email after placing an order if you find it easier.

1. Please purchase relevant product/s in our online shop. If you are unsure which product to purchase or you cannot find a product you are after, please contact us directly. 

2. Share at least 1 x close up & 1 x full body snap for us to refer, if not provided we will create a person who is very generic and can be used by anyone.

3. Let us know your request including size of the products, pose, hair style, clothings, hair, skin and eye colours etc. We hand craft all the parts from scratch to accommodate your request as much as possible, but p
lease understand some may not be fully achievable.

4. If the payment hasn't been made through online transaction, we issue an invoice at this point or may direct you to make a purchase online.

5. We commence production as soon as the payment is confirmed.  

6. When the production is complete we seek your approval with proof images before dispatching.  Adjustment can be made at this point.

7. Once final image is approved, we post your order with AU post / Sendle with tracking number.

Shipping Process - Production Time

  • Our products are all personalised & customised and require 2-14 days for production. 

  • Please check your lead time before ordering if your event is planned within 14 days. 

  • Processing time depends on each product. 

  • During our busiest time, or us going through an unexpected event with priority, the production time may exceed 14 days, or we may possibly close orders at early point for the month. Please make sure to place your order as early as 6 months in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • We dispatched your order with Australia Post / Sendle where a tracking number will be provided. 

  • If you would like to skip the queue and get first in the line, please purchase "Priority Production"  at $15. 


Delivery Time and Cost

  • Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location but normally takes 3-8 business days  standard and 2-3 days express within Australia.

    Australian Domestic Postage
    Your order will be shipped with Australia Post as a parcel and you will be provided with a tracking number. Postage will be charged as its actual cost and calculated automatically at the checkout.  

     International postage

  • Postage outside of Australia is based on AusPost’s International Parcel Post service and includes tracking. The cost is calculated at checkout based on the country.

  • If your country or your address is not found by our system, please contact us and we'll price and organise your shipping.

  • Due to tax and trade requirements, we don't ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland at the moment. 

  • Some countries may charge a customs or tariff fee that is not included in the shipping cost. We are not responsible for any costs or issues that occur at customs.

  • Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location. 

  • Please allow 20 working days (from receipt of order dispatch confirmation) for your item to be delivered. If you have not received your order after this time, please contact us and we will follow up.

Refunds and Returns

As out products are all custom orders, please understand we cannot offer refunds or exchange even in case breakage or loss happened during the transportation. We would issue a voucher to make up the part of the cost when we confirm the faulty was caused by us.

● By sending the fund, we consider you accepted the terms and conditions. Please make sure to read it though before ordering.

●Toppers are a basic likeness to the subjects and not an exact reproduction.
● All sales are final and we do not issue refunds or exchanges.
● We do not refund or replace the order if there is any damage or a lost occurs in transition.
● Your finished topper will be dispatched well in prior before your event date, but if delivery delays for any reason, we cannot issue refunds or credit.
●Toppers are not insured during transit, and we cannot refund, replace the order.
● In the event of your product beeing damaged during transit, please report to us immediately. We will advise the best way of fixing the item temporary to make sure an event can be carried on as planned.
● Pictures of your finished toppers may be used as examples in our SNS or website without permissions.
● Any personal images or information you shared with us will not be used for promotional purpose without your permissions.
● The customer information we obtain is confidential.
